All products are made-to-order and designed based on customer preferences as submitted in the order questionnaire.2. Ordering Process•All orders must be placed through our official website.•Customers must provide accurate details in the JACINTAFICATION Custom Order Questionnaire to ensure the best possible design outcome.•JACINTAFIED reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the provided details are incomplete, offensive, or inappropriate.•Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.3. Customization & Design Approval•JACINTAFIED will create a custom caricature-style bag tag or accessory based on the submitted order details.•Minor artistic interpretation may be applied to enhance the design while maintaining likeness.•Customers will receive a design preview for approval before final production. One (1) round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.•By approving the design, the customer confirms that they are satisfied, and the order will proceed to production.4. Production & Shipping•Standard production time is [insert timeframe] after design approval.•Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee.•Shipping times vary based on location. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges•Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins.•Refunds will only be issued if JACINTAFIED is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.•If an item arrives damaged due to a production error, customers must contact JACINTAFIED within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement may be offered at our discretion.•JACINTAFIED is not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect spelling, incorrect details submitted in the questionnaire, or dissatisfaction with an approved design.7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights•All custom caricature designs created by JACINTAFIED remain the property of JACINTAFIED and may be used for promotional purposes.•Customers may not reproduce, alter, or resell JACINTAFIED designs without prior written consent.•JACINTAFIED reserves the right to showcase completed orders on our website and social media. If you prefer to keep your design private, please notify us at the time of ordering.8.
